WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration ofTen Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel ofland, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying
and being in IMat peconic, in the Town of Southo1d, County of SUffolk, state of
New York, bounded and described as follows:

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the sarre premises conveyed to the qrantors herein
bv deed dated 8/2/2000 and recorded 8/30/2000 in Liber 12067 page 124 in the
office of the Clerk of SLiffo1k County, New York.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD
the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party ofthe first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration
as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other
purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

written.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Peconic, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a post which marks the intersection of the southerly side of Main Road (N. Y. S. Route 25) with
the westerly side of Bay Avenue (Skunk Lane);
Running thence South 29 degrees 06 minutes 10 seconds East along the westerly side of Bay Avenue (Skunk
Lane) 138.30 feet to a concrete monument and iands now or formerly of Midgley;
Thence South 62 degrees 29 minutes 10 seconds West along said lands now or formerly of Midgiey 84.92 feet
to a marble monument and lands now or formerly of Rogers; ~
Thence North 33 degrees 20 minutes 30 seconds West along said lands now or formerly of Rogers 121.32 feet
to the southerly side of Main Road (N. Y. S. Route 25); ~_
Running thence North 51 degrees 49 minutes 20 seconds East along the southerly side of Main Road (N. Y. S.
Route 25) 95.0 feet to the cased post at the point or place of BEGINNING.
