The above described property contains 2,584.01 sq. ft. and is added to and merged with a 20,117.45 sq. ft. parcel to the east owned by William S. Midgley, Jr. and Jean D. Midgley by deed dated May 28, 1951 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office in Liber 3532 Page 465 (SCTM #1000-097.00-03.00-006.000). TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads abulting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estale and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
