SCHEDULE A - DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
~ BEGINNING at a point on the southeasterly line of Main Road
(N.Y.S. Route 25) at the division line between the premises
herein described and land formerly of Doroski, now or formerly of
Hartmann; running thence North 41 degrees 10 minutes East along
the southeasterly line of Main Road (N.Y.S. Route 25) 105.61 feet
to the southwesterly line of a nine (9) foot right-of-way and
land formerly of S. Edgar Tuthill, now or formerly of F. Devoe
Bassford and others; thence along said last mentioned land South
46 degrees 40 minutes East 195.71 feet to land formerly of
Doroski, now or formerly of Hartmann; and thence along said last
mentioned land North 75 degrees 30 minutes West 218.85 feet to
the southeasterly side of Main Road (N.Y.S. Route 25) and the
point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH a right-of-way nine (9) feet in width over
land now or formerly of S. Edgar Tuthill running along the
easterly boundary. line of the above-described premises.
RESERVING, however, to the party of the first part the
exclusive possession and the use and occupancy of the above-
described premises for and during the natural lifetimes of the
party of the first part, with the party of the first part to pay
for all maintenance, repaire, water charges, fuel, utilities,
insurance premiums and real estate taxes relating to said
premises.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed
to the party of the first part by deed dated April 23, 1951, and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on April 25, 1951,
in Liber 3207 Page 285.
