Site Plans and Subdivisions
Site Plans:
• Warex Terminals SCTM#: 1000-142-1-27
Location: 9945 Main Road, Mattituck
Action: Review and comment on NPV draft report.
Status: Pending a SEQRA determination.
Recommendations: PB reviews report and adds comments as needed.
• Harbes Winery SCTM#: 1000-120-1-4 & 112-1-7.6
Location: 715 Hallock Drive, Mattituck
Action: Up-date after site visit.
Status: Ready to begin SEQRA at 2/11/08 meeting.
• Brewers Yacht Yard Pavilion SCTM#: 1000-43-3-2
Location: 500 Sandy Beach Road, Greenport
Action: Site Plan status up-date and PB set hearing for 3/10/08 at the 2/11/08
meeting.
Status: Pending PB final approval.
Recommendations: PB considers setting hearing for March 10, 2008 pending receipt of a
minimum of five copies of the final site plan, Building Inspector Certification
and final comments from Town Engineer.
• Laurel Creek Nursery SCTM#: 1000-125-3-2.3
Location: 1900 & 2050 Main Road, Laurel
Action: Site Plan status up-date and PB to consider accepting application and
allow Staff to start process. Discussion of Staff comments on site visit of
1/29/08.
Status: New site plan application.
Recommendations: PB considers accepting application and allowing Staff to streamline the
process/send $500.00 payment for deposit. Start referral and consider
SEQRA as a Type II.

• Gallucio Estate Vineyards SCTM#: 1000-109-1-13
Location: 24385 Main Road, Cutchogue
Action: Accept site plan and agree upon which elements, if any, of the site
plan application to waive.
Status: Site plan application for “as-built” agricultural storage building.
Recommendations: Waive certain site plan application requirements:

Discussion items:
1) ZBA request for comments – new sign for King Kullen Shopping Center in
Cutchogue – the variance is for a larger sign than permitted by Code.
2) Recommendations on zoning district of 3.2 acres in Southold –
SCTM#:1000-89-3-1.1, 3.4 acres. Currently zoned HB & AC
2
