WHEREAS, under the Will of Nancy E. Thom, deceased, admitted to probate in the
Chancery. Court of Hamilton County, Tennessee, under docket number 05-P-401, Grantor and
Grantees were devised the deceascd's interest in property more particularly described below and
located at 56155 Route 48, Southold, Suffolk County, New York; and
WHEREAS, Benjamin C. Thom Ill, Executor of the Estate ofNancy E. Thom, deceased,
and Stuart W. Thom, Administrator with Will Annexcd of the Estate ofNancy E. Thom, deceased,
evidence the descent of the deceased's interest in the below-described property to Grantees in that

WHEREAS, Jeffcry L. Thom has determined it in his best intcresls to convey his interest
in thc dcceased's interest in thc below-described real property Io Benjamin C. Thom III, David L.
Thom and Stuart W. Thorn;
NOW., THEREFORE, Grantor says as follows:
That the Party oftbe First Part, in consideration or'One Dollar ($1.00). lawful money
of the United States, paid by thc Parly of the Second Part, and other good and valuable
considerations, does hereby convey unto the Party of thc Second Part, and assigns forever, all his
interest in the below-described real property, thc said property being described as follows, m-wit:
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the
buildings and improvemenls thereon erected, situate, lying
and being near Arshamomoque, Town of Southold, County
of Suffolk, State of New York, bound on the East by land
now or formerly of Carl C. Young and Nathaniel A..
Talmage; on the South by North Road; on the Wesl by land
now or formerly of Cyril A. Lewis, and on the North by the
Long Island Sound; said parcel having a I¥omage along
North Road of 75 feet; the above described parcel being Lot
No. 16 in the easterly half of Lot No. 15 shoxva on an
unfiled map of Sound Shore property of Young and
Talmage made by Ouo W. Van Tuyl, L.S., of (3reenport,
New York on April 11, 1925, amended July 14, 1944.
Together with all the right, title and interest of the parties of
thc first part, if any, in and to North Road and Long Island
Sound lying in front of and adjacent to the above described
premises.
Being and intended to be those premises conveying to
Phoebe A. Thom by two deeds dated September 25, 1946
and Ma)' 12, 1947 and recorded September 25, 1946 and
May 15, 1947 in Liber 2626 of Convayances at Page 277
and Liber 2705 of Convc~'ances at Page 418; further

described Liber 6007 of Conveyances at Page 324, in thc
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
For prior title see Deed recordcd in Book ! 1067, Page 581,
in the Office of thc Register of Deeds of Suffolk County,
New York.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, thc Party of the First Part has hereunto set his hand and seal
