rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted
unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

BEGINNING at a monument set at the southwesterly comer of the premises hereinafter
described, said point or place of beginning being distant the following two and distances
from the comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side of Main Road and the
easterly side of Stars Road:
Easterly along thc northerly side of Main Road, 5500 feel, morc or Icss, to a
point; and
North 15 degrees 30 minutes 00 seconds West, along land now or formerly of
Robert W. Gillispic, Jr. 215 feet to thc point or place of beginning;
Running thence from said point or place of beginning along land now or formerly of said
