North 17 degrees 21 minutes 04 seconds West 24.62 feet: 2. Northerly along an arc of a curve beating to the right having a radius of 50.00 feet a distance of 16.05 feet; 3. North 01 degrees 02 minutes 30 seconds East 7.19 feet; 4. Northerly along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 150.00 feet a distance of 13.58 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. SUBJECT to conditions, covenants and other terms of deed from County of Suffolk to Town of Southold dated February 8, 2007 and recorded March 3, 2007 in Liber 12494, Page 981. EXCLUDING all right, title and interest, if any, of the party ol' the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or succBEsors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
