ROMANOWSKI, JR., residing at 80 Haywaters DrNe, Cutchogue, New York 11935, party of the second part, NOTE: This deed conveys property subject to Affordable Housing Restrictions o! the Town of Southold and County of Suffolk as set forth of record. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE pert of the premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated February 8, 2007, recorded March 5, 2007 in Uber 12494 page 982. SUBJECT to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions between CDCLI Housing Development Fund corporation and Town of Southold dated 11117/06 and recorded on 11/28J06 in Liber 12480 page 627. SUBJECT to Declaration of covenants and Restrictions required by Southold Town Planning Board dated 12/08/06 recorded on 12/14/06 in Liber 12483, Page 291. SUBJECT to conditions, covenants and other terms of deed from County of Suffolk to Town of Southold dated Februar/8, 2007 and recorded March 3, 2007 in Llber 12494, Page 981. EXCLUDING ;~11 right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances end all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
