BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantor by deed dated December 10, 1998 and recorded in the office of the Suffolk County Clerk on January 20, 1999 at Liber 11940 et Page 556. The word 'patty' shall be construed as if it read 'parties' when ever the sense of this indenture so requires.
