Finney. a distance of 482.72 feet to the center line of 'Old Cove Road" and a point; THENCE along the center line of "Old Cove Reed' the following two (2) courses and distances: 1) South 39° 16' 20" West. 249.71 feet to a point; and 2) South 65' 02' 40' West, 347.00 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Cutchogue Harbor, the point or place of BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH an easement of ingress and egress over "Old Cove Reed' to the nearest public highway. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 1213/02 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Ofrme on 12/18/02 in Liber 12226 at Page 52.
