Van Tuyl and Sons, from surveys completed Sunc 14, 1960 and filed in thc Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 30, 1960 as Map No. 3230 which said map is bounded and described es follows. BEGINNING at a monument on the wastcrly side of Little Neck Road, distant 227.22 feet south of the comer formed by the intersection ofthe westerly side of Little Neck Road and the southerly side of Moose Trail, said point of beginnin8 also being the division line between lot 40 and 39 as shown on said aforementioned map; RUNNING THENCE along the svestcrly side of Little Neck Road South 12 degrees, 35 minutes, 00 seconds East 113.50 feel to a monument and thc division linc between lot 40 and 41; RUNNING THENCE along said division line, South 78 degrees 24 minutes, 40 seconds West 177.00 feet to a monument and the division line between lot 40 and 42; RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 12 degwes 35 minutes 00 seconds West 113.50 feet to a monument and the division line between Lot 40 and 39; RUNNING THENCE along said division line North 78 deg~es, 24 minutes, 40 seconds East 177.00 feel~ to a monument on the westerly side of Little Neck Road and thc point or place of BEGINNING. the same for any other propose.
