SCHEDULE "An DESCRIPTION
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at
Cutchogue, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,
known and designated as Lot 3 as shown on a certain Map entitled, "Map of
North Fork Industrial Park", filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on 1127105 as Map #11215, more particularly bounded and described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Middle Road (CR 48) easterly
from the extreme easterly end of the arc of a curve connecting the easterly
side of Depot Lane with the northerly side of Middle Road (CR 48);
THENCE along an arc of a curve bearing to the right, having a radius of 74.25
feet, a distance along said curve of 120.23 feet to Depot Lane;
THENCE along Depot Lane, North 38 degrees 53 minutes 30 seconds West,
148.72 feet to the division line of Lots 2 and 3 on the above mentioned Map;
THENCE along said division line, North 16 degrees 06 minutes 30 seconds
