19,1988, from Jean H. Tuthill, the County Treasurer of Suffolk
County, New York and recorded on April 19,1988, in Liber 10585,
CP 62. and otherwise known as and'by Town of Southold, Leeward
Acres at Bayview, Map No. 55~9, Lot designated as Park,
Recreation and Drainage area. filed in the Office of the Clerk
of Suffolk County on June 4,1971.

ALL. that certain plot, piece or parcel of land with any
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate. lying and
being in the Town of Southo1d. County of Suffolk and State of
New York. described on the Tax Map of the Suffolk County Real
Property Tax Service Agency as District 1000, Section 084.00,
Block 01.00, Lot 006.018. and acquired by Tax Deed on February
19.1988, from Jean H. Tuthill. the County Treasurer of Suffolk
County, New York and recorded on February 19,1988, in Liber
10544, CP 113. and otherwise known as and by Town of Southold.
Sy10vet Estates. Map No. 6390, Lot designated as Park and
Playground. filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on June 8,1976,

ALL. that certain plot. piece or parcel of land with any
buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the Town of Southo1d, County of Suffolk and State of
New York. described on the Tax Map of the Suffolk County Real
Property Tax Service Agency as District 1000, Section 095.00,
Block 04.00. Lot 018.041. and acquired by Tax Deed on February
19.1988, from Jean H. Tuthill, the County Treasurer of Suffolk
County. New York and recorded on February 19.1988, in Liber
10544. CP 113. and otherwise known as and by Town of Southold,
Oregon View Estates, Map No. 6241. Lot designated as Park and
Recreation area. filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on April 4.1975.
.ROV:EDBD. however. that the Town of Southo1d will be
restricted in its use of the subject premises and will use said
premises solely and exclusively for municipal purposes; with all
right title and interest reverting to the party of the first part
in the event that the Town of Southold, at any time, uses or
in the event that the Town of Southold, at any time, uses or
attempts to use said subject premises fcr other than municipal
purposes or attempts to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of
said subject premises without said premise,s being used thereafter
for municipal purposes. This covenant &ld restriction will run
with the land and shall bind the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second part,

SUBJECT to the condition that neither Grantee nor any
Municipality shall bill or charge back to Grantor any cost

bill is rendered to the Grantor' this Deed shall be void ab initio
and the realty shall revert to ~he Grantc~.
AND the party of the first party, in compiiance with Section
13 of the Lien Law. hereby covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance
and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
truat fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the
payment of the cost of the improvement ~efore using any part of
the total of the same for any other purpose.
