ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Cutchogue, Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot No.3 on "Map Of
Syloret Estates" flied In the Office of the Suffolk County Clerk on June 8, 1976 as Map No. 6390,
which said lot, according to said map, Is more partlcularty bounded and descrtbed as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterty side of Bridge Lane distant 1624.10 feet Southeasterty
from the comer formed by the Intersection of the Easterty side of Oregon Road with the
Southwesterty side of Bridge Lane, said point being where the division line between Lots 2 and 3 on
the above mentioned map Intersects the Southwesterty side of Bridge Lane;
