RELEASE OF ASSIGNMENT OF DEED
Whereas on October 16,1991 Robert Schreiber, residing at 340 East 58th Street, New York,New
York executed a notarize assignment of deed in favor of the United States of America to the real property
owned by him as further described in Schedule "A" attached hereto and commonly known as Oregon
Pond, Cutchogue, New York,recorded on October 18,1991 in Liber 11355,page 140 at the office of the
Suffolk County Clerk; and
Whereas, by the assignment of deed as aforesaid, Robert Schreiber assigned all his right, title
and interest in the aforesaid property to and in favor of the United States of America for the purpose and
to the extent of seeing the payment of bail for the Release of Robert Schreiber, a Defendant in the matter
of United State-,of America v Robert Schreiber,t al, then pending in the United States District Court
for the Southern District of New York: and the aforesaid assignment having given the United Sates of
America a security interest in the aforesaid real property in accordance with the terms of said bail for the
payment thereof on default or forfeiture as provided by law; and
Whereas the aforementioned case of United Sate-,of America v Robert Schreiber, et al was
terminated on August 4, 1998; and
Whereas no further need for the subject assignment of deed was and is now necessary to secure
the subject aforementioned bail referenced in the assignment of deed dated October 16, 1991;
Accordingly, the United Slates of America,by the United States Attorney for the Southern
District of New York,by V+ e' Q S L, t t L releases Robert Schreiber, and the premises
described in Schedule "A" attached hereto, from the October 16, 1991 assignment of deed.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwesterly side of Oregon Road where the same is
intersected by the westerly side of land now or formerly of Tommasini and others,
formerly of Rensselaer Moore, formerly of Seamon T. Keleski and from said point of
beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of Oregon Road the following two courses
and distances:
1. South 58 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds West, 452.33 feet;
2. South 51 degrees 51 minutes 00 seconds West, 77.35 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of Bialicki for (or Frank Bialeski) the following
three courses and distances:
1. North 33 degrees 07 minutes 50 seconds West, 1373.05 feet;
2. North 33 degrees 14 minutes 50 seconds West, 1471.00 feet;
3. North 32 degrees 48 minutes 10 seconds West, 1292.11 feet to the high water mark
of the Long Island Sound;
THENCE Northerly along said high water mark on a tie line along same, North 56
degrees 18 minutes 10 seconds East, 463. 61 feet;
THENCE along said lands of Tommasini and others formerly of Rensselaer Moore,
formerly Seamon T. Kelaski, South 33 degrees 58 minutes 30 seconds East, 4150.00 feet
