Cove" and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
August 30, 1960 as Map No. 3230 and being more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Beebe Drive
where same is intersected by the division line between lots

RUNNING THENCE North 30 degrees 14' 30" East, 227.05 feet;
THENCE Northerly, along an a~c of a curve bearing to the
