The party of the RCond pan. John A. Le\ien, agrees thatthc party of the first part, Charles S. Levien, reserves and
has a "right of first refusal" when, as, and if, John A. Levien ot his estate detcnnines to sell the premises, and that
John Le\'ien or his legal representative: will only entertain written offers to purchase, and will send a copy thereof
to Charles Levien who shall within 30 days by a writing delivered to John A. Levien ot his legal representalive:
asree to buy the prmUsca on the same terms and conditions as the written offer ot waive his right to purchase. If
Charles S. Levien is nolliviDIl when John A. Levien or his estate entertains an olTer to purchase, this ....ight of
first refusal" can be exercised by his wife, Alice Levien. ot his children, ThomDS Levien or Jane Levien O'Orien,
ifany of them are then residing in the home on 101 26 of Map 3230. The method of exercising the "right of
rcfusal~ shall be the same DS statod above fot Charles Levien. This "right of refusal" shall be extinguished upon
the: deaths of Alice, Thomas and Jane or when none oftbem reside on lot 26, or if any of them who owns ot
residcs on lot 26 waives, in writing. this "right oftirst refusal".
TOGETHER with all righl, title and interest, if any of the party oflhe first~ in and to any slrcelS and road
abutting the above: described premises to the center lines thereof: TOGETHER with the appurtenanccs and all the
estate and rights of the party of the rlr5t part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises
herein granted unto the party of the sec:ond part, the heirs ot &IICCCSSllrs and assigns forever. And the: party ofthc
first port covenants that he has not done ot suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in

consideration as a trust fund to be applied first fot the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
