KRAKOWKA, residing at 1065 Leward Drive Southold, New York 11971, owning a 15.3% undivided Tenant-in-Common interest, )arty of the second part, Mitnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, a fifty-four point one percent (54.1%) undivided tenant-in-common interest to PAULETTE OFRIAS, SUZANNEM. FUJITA, and MICHELLE S. KRAKOWKA, the party of the second part, reserving no interest to the party of the first part, All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Pihe Neck, near Southold, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as Lot NO. 42 on a certain map entitled, ~Map of Southwood, Lots Nos. 1-53 inclusive" made from actual survey completed October 1, 1953 by Otto W. Van Tuyl & Son, Licensed Land Surveyors, Greenport, New York, and which said Map was filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's office on Nove~ber 24, 1953 as Map No. 2141, Abstract No. 2249. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
