Re: RFQ for
Consulting Services for Records Management Needs Assessment
Dear Ms. Neville:
Thank you for the opportunity to submit this proposal for a Consulting Services for
Records Management Needs Assessment..
Our staff have undertaken similar projects for many educational organizations and
govermnent agencies covering a wide range of document management issues,
particularly related to large volumes of electronic records. Over the years we have
completed projects for the Tonawanda Board of Education, Buffalo Board of
Education, Town of Evans, Niagara Transportation Authority, and York University.
In all cases, our clients have been successful in obtaining subsequent
implementation funding. We recently completed a similar project for the Town of
Evans specific to their assessment records and are familiar with the NY State tools
that interface with these type of property documents. In all cases, the clients have
been provided with quality services and needs assessments which were
implemented in a practical, creative, precise and efficient manner. Our expertise
covers a broad range of records and information management disciplines. We
have a base of strong technical depth and our firm takes pride in providing quality
control throughout and following all project phases. We have also been very
successful in working with our clients to conduct projects which have been funded
by grants from the State Records and Archives. It is worth noting that we do not
sell any hardware, software, equipment or products and thus may remain
vendor-neutral throughout the process.
Our quote is for a total of $15,000 at a rate of $lOO/hour for 150 hours.
We have attached a fee breakdown and resume. Please contact me if you have any
questions.
Sincerely,
