WHEREAS, appli a i n has been made to the Town Superintendent of
; Highways of the Town of Southold, in Suffolk County, New York, for the
laying out of town highways to extend from the Main Road (N.Y. State
Route #25) northerly and thence easterly and westerly through the
subdivision known as "MAP OF HIGHLAND ESTATES AT CUTCHOGUE," filed in j
ii the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 26, 1977, as
I Map No. 6537., through lands of 75 HIGHLAND ROAD CORP.

NOW, THEREFORE, 75 HIGHLAND ROAD CORP., a New York corporation with

principal office at 44 Sea Cliff Avenue, Glen Cove, New York 11542, and
owner of lands to be included within the highways, for TEN AND 00/100 j
i ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good and valuable consideration do hereby
� dedicate, release. and convey to the Town of Southold and its successors

forever, for highway purposes, the following lands, to wit:
1. The highways are known as HIGHLAND ROAD, SPUR ROAD, CROWN LAND
LANE, BRIDLE LANE and BRIDLE COURT, as shown and designated on a certain
map entitled, "MAP OF HIGHLAND ESTATES AT CUTCHOGUE," Tows: of Southold,
Suffolk County, New York, surveyed by Young and Young, Professional
Engineer and Land Surveyor, Riverhead, New York, and filed in the Office
of th�- Clerk of the County of Suffolk on April 26, 1977, as Map Number
6537.

2. The RECHARGE BASIN located on the southwest corner of HIGHLAND
j ROAD and SPUR ROAD, as shown on said Map.

3. The RECHARGE BASIN located northwesterly of the Park Area, as
iishown on said Map, together with a 20 foot drainage easement from the
northeasterly corner of the RECHARGE BASIN over Lots 18 and 19 to BRIDLE
LANE, and a 20 foot drainage easement from the southeasterly corner of
the RECHARGE BASIN over Lot 14 and the Park Area to CROWN LAND LANE, all
as shown on said map.

4. The 25' x 100' strips on either side of the northeasterly and
., southwesterly ends of BRIDLE Lam, shown on the filed map as "reserved
!j for possible future highway dedication." '

i! the grantors in and to the premises. It being the intention of the
jlgrantors to convey all land for highway purposes and all the estate

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted premises unto the Town of
