Henry Smith called the meeting to order.
7:00 P.M. Special Meeting
A Special Meeting of the Board of Town Trustees was held on Tuesday,
President
PRESENT WERE:
President Henry P. Smith
Trustee John Bredemeyer
Trustee Albert Krupski
Trustee Phillip J. Goubeaud
Trustee Ellen Larsen
Acting Town Attorney Francis J. Yakaboski
Clerk Ilene Pfifferling
All Trustees were notified of the time and purpose of this Special Meeting
and executed a Waiver of Noti ce.
The Trustees discussed the following matters:
In the matter of Christopher Connors, the Acting Town Attorney will render
a written determination to the Trustees regarding their jurisdiction in regard to
this application.
In regard to the Critical Area Designations the Trustees will schedule this matter
for their next regular meeting to be held on November 24, 1987.
In the matter of Ruth and Richard Ziedler, the Trustees will reinspect the property
on November 18, 1987, and the Clerk is to obtain a copy of the Z.B.A. minutes for review.
In the matter of the application of Youngs Marina'.the Board wanted a letter from
Mr. Zehner advising if there are any other contracts on the property for the upland.
Secretary is to also chec~k with the Planning Board to see if there is anything in their
file regarding this matter.
In regard to the Cove property- Acting Town Attorney will respond to this matter.
In regard to the applications for Stephen Perricone the Board will reinspect the
property on November 18, 1987.

In regard to the Koke/Kerbs matter:--:T~e Town Attorney has a copy of the file.
Trustee Goubeaud read a resolution that he is proposing for Fishers Island inspections.
The Board will review said resolution and it will be taken up at the next regular
meeting to be held on No~ember 24, 1987.
In regard to the matter of Steve Malinowski the Town Attorney advised that the
Trustees have no jurisdiction at all in this matter.
In regard to Mr. Burr on Fishers Island for a determination of jurisdiction, John
Clavin inspected the property and advised the Trustees have no jurisdiction in this
matter.
In regard to Mr. Henderickson for an extension of a dock on Fishers Island an on-
site inspection was made by John Clavin and the following resolution was offered:
Moved by Trustee Krupski seconded by Trustee Larsen it was
RESOLVED to approve the extension on a dock as requested by the Land Use
Company on behalf of Joseph Henderson to amend permit no. 435 to reflect a 8'
x 35' float on Fishers Island,
Vote of Board: Ayes: All - This resolution was declared duly adopted.
Moved by Trustee Krupski seconded by Trustee Larsen it was
RESOLVED that this meeting be and hereby is adjourned at 9:55 P.M.

WAIVER OF NOTICE OF TOWN TRUSTEE MEETING
We, the undersignid, being members of the Board of Town Trustees
of the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, do hereby severally
waive notic~ of the time, place and purpose of the meeting of the Town
Trustees to be held at Southold Town Hall, Main Road, Southold
and do hereby consent that the same be held on said date,
for the transaction of any business which may properly come before said meeting.
