The Board does not agree with the reasoning of the applicant. The applicant erected the sign to show affiliation with the Gulf 0il Company as a dealer in their products. The Board finds that the sign extends above the ridge of the roof. The Board finds that the public convenience and welfare and justice will not be served and the legally established or permitted use of neighborhood property and adjoining use districts will be permanently or substantially injured and the spirit of the Ordinance will not be observed.
