Planning Board at a meeting held on Monday, January 10, 1994:
BE IT RESOLVED that the Southold Town Planning Board authorize
the Chairman to endorse the final surveys dated September 9,
1993 . Conditional final approval was granted on September 13,
1993 . All conditions have been fulfilled.
Enclosed please find a copy of the map which was endorsed by the
Chairman.

Dear Mr. White:
The following took place at the September 13, 1993 Planning
Board public meeting:
The final public hearing for the lot line change of Lieb
Vineyard Inc. was closed.
WHEREAS, two lot line changes are being reviewed concurrently,
lot line change one is between Lieb Vineyard Inc, owner of
the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-84-1-p/o 2,
p/o 4 and SCTM#1000-73-1-p/o 3. 1 located on the south side of
Oregon Road in Cutchogue and William M. and Virginia M.
Asip, owners of the property known and designated as SCTM#
1000-84-1-p/o 4 located on the west side of Bridge Lane in
Cutchogue; and lot line change two is between the Society for
the Propagation of the Faith, owner of the property known and
designated as SCTM# 1000-73-1-p/o 3 . 1, located on the south
side of Bridge Lane in Cutchogue, and Lieb Vineyard, Inc.
owner of the property known and designated as SCTM#
1000-84-1-p/0 4 and SCTM# 1000-73-1-p/0 3 . 1, located on the
south side of Oregon Rd. in Cutchogue; and

WHEREAS, lot line change number one is to subtract 1. 3848 acres
from a 5. 6956 acre parcel owned by William M. and Virginia M.
Asip and add it to a 20. 8627 acre parcel owned by Lieb
Vineyards and lot line change number two, is a lot line change
to subtract 11.5850 acres from a 13 . 9735 acre parcel owned by
the Society of the Propagation of the Faith and add it to a
20. 8627 acre parcel owned by Lieb Vineyard, Inc. ; and
WHEREAS, the Southold Town Planning Board, pursuant to the
State Environmental Quality Review Act, (Article 8) , Part 617,
declared itself Lead Agency and issued a Negative Declaration on
August 9, 1993 ; and
WHEREAS, a final public hearing was closed on said lot line
change application at the Town Hall, Southold, New York on
September 13 , 1993 ; and
WHEREAS, all the requirements of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Town of Southold have been met; and, be it therefore
RESOLVED, that the Southold Town Planning Board grant
conditional final approval on the surveys dated September 9,
1993 and authorize the Chairman to endorse the final surveys
subject to fulfillment of the following condition. This
condition must be met within six ( 6) months of the date of this
resolution.
1. The filing of a new deed pertaining to the merger of the
1. 3848 acres from the 5.6956 acre parcel (SCTM# 1000-
84-1-p/o 4) , with the 20.8627 acre parcel (SCTM# 1000-
73-1-p/o 3. 1 and 1000-84-1-p/o 2 & p/o 4) and the filing
of a new deed pertaining to the merger of the 2. 3884
acre parcel from the 13 . 9734 acre parcel (SCTM# 1000-
73-1-p/o 3 . 1) , with the 0. 4017 acre parcel owned by Mr.
Edward Jaeger (SCTM# 1000-84-1-3. 1) .
A copy of the recorded deeds must be presented to the Planning
Board prior to endorsement of the final survey.

makes a determination of non-significance, and grants a Negative
