WHEREAS, two lot line changes are being reviewed concurrently, lot line change one is between Lieb Vineyard Inc, owner of the property known and designated as SCTM# 1000-84-1-p/o 2, p/o 4 and SCTM#1000-73-1-p/o 3. 1 located on the south side of Oregon Road in Cutchogue and William M. and Virginia M.
