Gentlemen:
I have received notice from an agent of the Federal Government
that I am in violation of Federnl Law.
For some reason, faulty plans~ improper, action or inaction by
some person or persons to be determined; there has not been
issued the necessary papers to complete erection of the Federally
Licenced and Bonded Warehouse and Winery.
I have received no notice from any person at any level that there
is a problem with the project.
Federal Agents, at their request, will copy documents and files
at my office this coming week. They will then accompany me to wy
vineyards and winery site, again at their request. My attorneys
will accompany me, at my request.
The Federal Government is aware of the fact that we received
permission to pour the concrete slab, which has been done, and
that we lack permission to erect the prefabricated steel building
which has been laying on the site now for two weeks. So we are
unable to secure the premises as required by the United States
Tax Code.
I am also requesting the legal names and legal addresses of all
persons connected with the issuance of the necessary permits and
documents for this project.
Please send the list of legal names and addresses to;

Att: Glenn Habberman Esq.
I have experienced financial damage, and this damage is
accelerating each passing day.
Now my good name and reputation has suffered damage with the
inference that I have violated Federal law.
I have both the means and the inclination to secure justice for
myself and my three sons, who have put four years of their lives
into this project.
