Dear Ms. Cantrelh
Attached are three sets of the revised site plans for the above referenced application. The plans
were revised as follows:
A drywell and drainage calculations were added to the plan for the roof runoff. Notes
were added to the plans indicating that roof gutters be installed and that all roof leaders
be connected to the drywell.
· The sanitary leaching pool was added to the plan.
· The $50.00 inspection fee was paid by the owner.
The contractor would like to proceed with construction before the winter weather arrives, Can
you please call me when the permit is ready so we can arrange to have it picked up?
Please do not hesitate to call me if you have any questions or require additional information.
