Conservation Subdivision for the Property of Trinkle (formerly C.W. Francis and Son, Inc. (Orient Preserve) SCTM: 1000-19-1-14.7 Location: Main Road, Orient Action: Review location of development area in Lot 3. Status: Under review for three-lot, 80/60 conservation subdivision. Recommendations: Consider whether the Planning Board will approve a conservation subdivision containing the development area as shown on the most recent map submitted by the applicant. If not, suggest an acceptable location. A-D Attachments: ?? Standard Subdivision of James Creek Landing 1000-122-3-1.4 Board to discuss letter prepared in response to applicant request for approval. ?? Standard Subdivision Plan for Sterling Harbor Inc. at Bayview 1000-88-2-15 Board to consider applicant request to extend Preliminary Plat Approval issued on October 22, 2005. Site Plans • North Fork Hardware SCTM: 1000-62-1-3 Location: Main Road, Southold Action: Review revisions to site plan received 1/2/08. See attached. Status: Site plan review for new retail building. Recommendations: The Planning Board reviews the proposed changes to the site plan. If satisfactory, consider setting public hearing on January 14, for the next public meeting on February 11, 2008. E-H Attachments: • Heritage at Cutchogue SCTM: 1000-102-1-33.3 Location: Griffing Avenue, Cutchogue DEIS received for review. Status: Draft Environmental Impact Statement review for 139 unit condominium housing for 55+. Recommendations: PB to consider hiring consultant for review of the DEIS. 1 • 13235 Main Road Corp SCTM: 1000- 140-3-37 Action: Review revised site plan submitted on December 26, 2007. Status: Conditional approval issued on February 12, 2007 to renovate existing building for offices. Recommendations: PB to review revised site plan for fulfillment of conditions. • Cutchogue Fire District SCTM: 1000-84-4-1 Action: Review site plan Status: New site plan application for new building at corner of Cox Lane & CR 48. Recommendations: PB to review site plan for any comments. • Southwold Manor SCTM: 1000-63-3-15 POSTPONED TO JANUARY 22, 2008 WORK SESSION AT Action: APPLICANTS’ REQUEST . Status: Site plan review for 27-unit condominium housing for 55+. Recommendations: PB to review revised site plan for fulfillment of conditions. For Discussion: 1. Re-schedule Tuesday, February 19th Work Session to another day due to scheduling conflicts. 2. Schedule site visit to proposed Purita Winery site. 2
