North 58 degrees 08 minutes 40 seconds East, 8100 feet; 2. Along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 185.00 feet, a distance of 96.87 feet; 3. Along the arc of a curve bearing to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet, a distance of 23.55 feet; 4. Along an arc of a curve beadng to the left having a radius of 60.00 feet, a distance of 60.45 feat; THENCE South 5 degrees 36 minutes 40 saconds East, 117.18 feet; THENCE South 84 degrees 23 minutes 20 seconds West, 105.00 feat; THENCE North 31 degrees 51 minutes 20 seconds West, 150.00 feet to the southerly side of Garden Court and the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first by deed dated 6/14/85, recorded 6/27/85 in Uber 9820 page 361. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, il any. of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above desc, dbed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises.
