Suffolk and State of New York bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in thc somhwestcrly side of Oriental Avenue dislant 77 feet
southeasterly from the comer formed by the intersection of the southeasterly side of
Fones Street with the southwesterly side of Oriental Avenue said point of beginning
being 2422.01 feet north of a point which is 2070.09 feet west of a monument marking
