TOGETHER with all fight, title and interest, if any, ofthe party of thc first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the
appurtenances, and also ail the estate which the said decedent had nt the time of the decedent's death in said
p~mises, and also the estate there, in, which the pm'ty of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose
of, whether individual, or otherwise;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the pz~nises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
uccessors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
kND the party of the first part covenants that the party of thc first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that thc party of
thc first part will rcenive the considcmtiun for this conveyance and will hold thc right to. receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the po~ose ofpaying thc cost oftbe improvement, and
will apply the same first to thc payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of thc total of
the same for any other propose.
SCHEDULE
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lots 26 and 27 as said lots are
shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Oarden Heights, situated at Mattituck, L.I.," and filed in the Office
of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 24, 1929 as Map No. 577.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
