WITNESSETH, that the Puny of thc First Pan, in consideration of TEN and 00/100 ($10.00)
DOLLARS, lawful money of the United States, paid by the Party of' the Second Part, does
hereby grant and release unto the Party of the Second Pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the Party ofthe Second Pan forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND situatc in the Village of Cutchogue,
Town of Southold, County of Suflblk, State of New York, as set forth on description attached
hereto.

Being the same lands and premises conveyed to Russell K. Pcrrine, Jr. and Marilyn E. Pen'inc.
his wife, by deed from Russell K. Pen'ine, Jr. individually and devisec under the Last Will and
Testament of Russell K. Perring, Sr., dcccascd, dated June 26, 1981 recorded in thc Suffolk
County Clerk's Oflqcc on July 21, 1981 in Liher 9038 at Page 332.
Russell K. Perrine, Jr. passed away on July 1, 1983 leaving Marilyn E. Pcrrine as his surviving
spouse. Marilyn E. Perrine has not since remarried.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, it'any, of'the Party of'the First Part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to thc canter lints thereof,
TOGETHER with thc appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the Party of the First Part in
and to said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the Party of the Second IVan, the
heirs or successors and ussigns of the Party of thc Second Pan forever.
AND thc Party oFthc First Part covenants that thc Party of the First Part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been ~:ncumbered in any way whatever, excepl as
aforesaid.
AND the Party ol'the First Pan, in compliance with Section 13 ortho Lien Law, covenants that
thc Party of thc First Part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the
right to rcccivc such considcrution as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying thc
