D.R.D., LLC, a New York Limited Liability Company, having
a principal place of business at 20 Main Street, Suite 1,
East Hampton, New York 11937
party of the second part,
WITNESSETIt, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and
being in the
at Southold in the lown of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York being bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Main Road at the Southeast corner of
the hereinafter described premises; said point of beginning also being where the
Southwest corner of land formerly of Robert Hascoat, land now or formerly of Ayas
Georghios, Inc. intersects the Northerly side of Main Road and from said point of
beginning:
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning along the Northerly side of Main Road
South 74degrees 05' 00" West 74.40 feet to land formerly of Elaine Overton, land now
or formerly of Elaine Overton Doolittle;
RUNNING THENCE Northerly and Easterly along land now or formerly of Elaine
Overton Doolittle the following two (2) courses and distances:
(1) North 16 degrees 37' 40" West 136.00 feet;
(2) North 74 degrees 11' 40" East 82.90 feet to land formerly of Louis B. Barnett and
Elizabeth H. Barnett, his wife, land now or formerly of Ayas Georghios, Inc.;
RUNNING THENCE along land now or formerly of Ayas Georghios, Inc. South 13
degrees 03' 00" East 136.00 feet to the Northerly side of Main Road at the point and
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Decedent Burt G.
Lewis, Jr., and Burt G. Lewis III and Ronald B. Lewis by deed dated November 27, 1985
and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on January 10, 1986 in Liber
9954 at Page 20.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above-described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the
estate and righB of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said prenfises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part. in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consider-
ation as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day, and year first above
written.
