Dear Mr. Orlowski:
Pursuant to your request for comments regarding the above
captioned matter please be advised that the Trustees recommend
the following:
1. No disturbance to mature woodlands.
2. New York State D.E.-C./Trustee flagged wetland line
with a 100' buffer.
3. No construction on slopes greater than 15% to
protect the pond.
