MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 26, 1992
PRESENT WERE:
John M. Bredemeyer,III, President
Albert J. Krupski,Jr, Vice-President
Henry P. Smith, Member
John B. Tuthill, Member
William G. Albertson, Member
An executive session was held to discuss the agenda with the
Steve Angel, -the Board of Trustees new attorney.
Public Session:
A. Lawsuit to recover original patent - update.
Trustee Bredemeyer discussed status of Town trying to recover
original patent. Basically still in court.
B. 1993 Budget
Board in agreement to have two full time clerks, one part time
clerk and attorney due to the increased work load in both the
Trustee office and the Community Development office.
(20,000.00 for attorney)
$3,000.00 budget to due impact statement for boat waste
facilities. Shellfish impact.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER and seconded by TRUSTEE
KRUPSKI to approve the budget to send to Town Board. ALL AYES.
Clam churning by non-residents - Hallocks Bay.
Trustee Bredemeyer will write a letter.
D. Neil McGoldrick
Cutchogue.
Dredge project located Halls Creek,
E. Anthony Cilluffo request amendment to permit $1952
(formally John Dempsey) to add a 6' X 20' float and (1) piling
to an existing dock to reach deeper water. Located 470
Haywaters Dr., Cutchogue.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE KRUPSKI and seconded by TRUSTEE
SMITH to approve the amendment to permit 91952. ALL AYES.
F. Docko, Inc. on behalf of Stewart Rauch request a
grandfather permit to reconstruct 6' X 30' fixed dock with 4' X
18' floating dock with ramp. Located Hay Harbor, Fishers Island.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER and seconded by TRUSTEE
ALBERTSON to approve the application as applied for. ALL AYES.
G. Glenn Just on behalf of Hay Harbor Club request an
extension on permit %3807 to expire February 23, 1993 for the
reconstruction of the boat house located Fishers Island.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE KRUPSKI and .seconded by TRUSTEE
TUTHILL to approve extension. ALL AYES.
H. Land Use on behalf of Panagiotis Gazouleas request and
amendment to permit %3890 to add a 4' X 82' timber walkway to be
elevated a minimum of 4' over grade as per revised survey dated
July 2, 1992. Located Willis Creek Drive, Mattituck.
A motion was made by TRUSTEE BREDEMEYER and seconded by TRUSTEE
SMITH to approve amendment to permit %3890. ALL AYES.
