TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest of the party of the
first part in and to any land under the waters of Wunneweta Pond on
the south and in and to the waters of said Pond adjacent to the
premises above described.
TOGETHER with easements in common with others over the roads and
rights of way laid out on Nassau Point for access and egress to and
from public highways.
AND the party of the second part, for himself, his heirs and
assigns, does hereby covenant to and with the party of the first
part, his successor and assigns, that the party of the second part,
his heirs and assigns, will not at any time erect more than one
house on the premises above described except the ordinary out
houses and that no suchdwellingshall cost less than $3000.00.
