RUNNING THENCE along thc southerly side of Central Avenue, North 75 degrees 44 minutes
20 seconds East, 52.88 feet to land now or formerly of White;
THENCE along said land, South 07 degrees 04 minutes 33 seconds En~, 131.00 feet (deed)
135.59 (survey) to land now or formerly of Hcodler;
THENCE along said land, South 75 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds West, 40.66 feet to land now
or formerly of Leden;
THENCE along said land the following two courses and distances:
(I) North 07 degrees 14 minutes 00 seconds West. 43.37 feet;
(2) South 76 degrees 28 minutes 10 West 12.40 feet to land now or formerly of Boutyette;
THENCE along said land North 06 deswees 55 minutes 10 seconds West. 92.30 feel to the
southerly side of Central Avenue to thc point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the firsl part by
deed dated June 29, 2005, and recorded July 19, 2005, in thc Office of the Suffolk County Clerk
in Liber 12398, Page 400.
Carl H. Blasko and Elizabeth J. Blasko, husband and wife, are executing this deed in order
to extinguish their Life Estate and Power of Appointment in and to the above described
premises.
TOGETHER with ail fight, title and interest, il' an),, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above deseribed premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
· with the appurtcnunces and all thc estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party o['thc second

AND the party of the first part covenants that the part).' of the first part has not done or suffcred
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the pa~y of Ihe first part. in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law. covenants that
thc party of the first par~ will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold thc right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purposc of paying the cost
of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of thc improvement
beforo using any pan of the total of thc same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as i fit read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so
requires.
