BEGINNING at a point on the easterly line of a pdvate mad known as Koke Drive, distant South 25
degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 365.00 feet from the intersection of the said
easterly line of Koke Drive with the southerly line of Main Bayview Road, which said point of
beginning is the northwesterly corner of the premises described herein and also the southwesterly
comer of land formerly of Koke and about to be conveyed to Cowan;
RUNNING THENCE from said point of beginning, South 64 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East, a
distance of 103.00 feet along said last mentioned land to a point;
RUNNING THENCE South 25 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West, a distance of 125.00 feet along
other land of the grantors herein;
RUNNING THENCE North 64 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 103.00 feet still
along other land of the grantors herein to a point on the easterly line of Koke Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the said easterly line of Koke Drive, North 25 degrees 56 minutes 50
seconds East, a distance of 125.00 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with a right of way in common with others 30 feet in width running from Main Bayview
Road to Corey Creek and further described as follows:
THE easterly line begins at a concrete monument on the southerly side of Main Bayview Road at the
northwesterly corner of land formerly of Anderson and now of Greene; running thence along said
land of Greene and other land of the party of the first part, two (2) courses and distances as follows:

South 25 degrees 56 minutes 50 seconds West, 698.13 feet; thence
South 37 degrees 04 minutes 50 seconds West, 200.00 feet, more or less, to Corey
Creek. The westerly line being 30 feet westerly thereof as measured at right angles to
said easterly line.
ALSO with a right of way 30 feet in width and then 50 feet in width starting approximately at the
southwesterly corner of the premises described herein, running northwesterly about 620 feet and
then northeasterly about 357 feet to the southerly side of Main Bayview Road.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Robert John Clemens by deed
made by John Clemens and Mary Clemens, his wife, and recorded May 24, 1967, in Liber 6156
page 469.
