roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and fights of ibc party, oftbe first part in and to said

FO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns ofthe party of the second part Ibrever.
AND the party of thc first part covenants that the party of thc first lam has not done or suffered an)thing
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 ofthe Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the first part will receive thc consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of thc improvement, and
will apply the some first to the payment of thc cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall lac construed as if it read "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so ~luires.

Farmveu Associates, filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on September I, 1989, as Map
Numbe~ 8808, Abstract No. 11315, said Lot being bounded and described as follows:
BEOINNING at a point on the easterly side of Aldrich Lane, distant 72:5.09 feet northerly from the
comer formed by the intersection of the northerly side oI' Harvest Lane with the easterly side of Aldrich
Lane;
THENCE along the easterly side of Aldrich Lane the following three courses and distances:
North 26 degrees 09 minutes 16 seconds West, 38.82 f~t;
