BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated June 12, 2004,
and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 16, 2004, in Liber 12325 of conveyances at Page 141.
This deed together with the previous deed, constitutes ownership as follows:
MABEL A. PISCITELLI, residing et 400 Cardinal Drive, P.O. Box 665, Mattituck, Now York 11952, as to a 98%
interest, MARK Mo PISCITELLI, residing at 45 Eileen Cimla, P.O. Box 53. Jamasport, New York 11947,
as to a 1% interest, and, MARK M. PISCITELLI, LLC, a New York Limited Liability Company with an address at
45 Eileen Circle, P.O. Box 53, Jamasport, New York 11947, as to a 1% interest, es Tenants in Common,
TOGETHER with ail right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and made abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof;, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the par~y of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AN D the party of the first part, in compliance with ~ect[on 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the f~t part wilt
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will held the right to receive such consideration es a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the
