THENCE South 64 degrees 49 minutes West along said land now or formerly of Durland and
along land now or formerly of Fleet, n distance of 78.7 feet;
THENCE South 68 degxens 40 minutes West still along said land now or formerly of Fleet, a
distance of 12.13 feet to other land of W. Harry Lister;
THENCE North 32 degrees 18 minutes Wast along said other land of W. Harry Lister, a
distance of 194.64 feet to the southerly line of'southern Cross Road;
THENCE North 57 degrees 42 minutes East along the southerly line of Southern Cross Road,
a distance of 90.0 feet to the concrete monument set at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE thc same premises conveyed to the patty of ibc fh'st part
by deed dated 9/10/01, recorded 10/24/01 in Libet 12148, Pa~c 967.
TOGErH£R with all right, title and interest, if any, of the patty of the first part in and to any
