part: and
De~unelexnic Farms, tLC, having an address at c/o 1845 Central Drive, Mattituck, New York
1952. party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of thc first part. in considotafion ofTen Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second pm't, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
thc second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second pm't forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Mattituck, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated ns Lots 7 through 9 ns shown on a certain map
entitled "Map of West Mill Subdivision," which said map was filed in the Office of the Office of
the Clerk of the County.of Suffolk on July 20, 1994 as Map No. 9539, more particularly
described in Schedule A annexed hereto and made n part hereof.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the Grantor by deed dated August 17:
1999 and recorded on August 27, 1999 in Liber 11985 Page 537.
TOGETHER with ail right, title and interest, if any, ofthe part~ of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party ofthe first part in and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the precnises herein granted unto the party ofthe second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party ofthe second part forevcr.
AND the party o/'the first part covenants that thc party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except ns
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party ofthe first part will receive the considerstion for this conveyahce and will hold the
right to receive such consideration ns a trust l'und to be applied first for the purpose ofpaying the
cost of thc improvement and will apply the same first to the payment ofthe cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total ofthe same for any other purpose.
