ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land situate lying end being at
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, State of New York, known and
designated as lot 2 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Barbara Sowinski" and
filed in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on 5/7/91 as Map no.
9101, said lot being mom particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of Harbor Lane distant 2686.28 feet
southerly from the comer formed by the intersection of the westerly side of
Harbor Lane with the southerly side of Main Road (NYS Route 25), said point
