PREMISES being known as 1455 Inlet Drive, Mattituck, New York 11952 BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated November 15, 2005 and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on December 28, 2005 in Liber 12427 Page 861. Fifth, that the party of the first part shall forever warrant the title to said premises.
