no. 3230, being more fully bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Deerfoot Path, said point being distant
478.30 feet southerly from the intersection of the easterly side o~' Deerfoot Path and the
southerly side 0fEugene's Road;
THENCE along the division line between Lot3 and Lot 4 on "MAP OF MOOSE COVE AT
EAST CUTCHOGUE", north 76 degrees 50 minutes 20 seconds east, 129.33 feet to aloint
and lands now or formerly of'Fooker & Reeve;
THENCE along said lands now or formerly of Tooker & Reeve, the following two (2)
courses and distances:
