This Deed is a correction Deed intended to correct the description in the Deed dated July 16, 2007 from the
party of the flint part to the party of the eacond part which ~)asd was recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Omce on July $30, 20O7 in Uber 12616 ~t Page 679, which Deed was Intended to convey from the party of
the first part to the party ol the eacond pad ali of the property shown on the Suffolk County Tax Map as
1000-06g.0O-03.00-0O2.000.
IN PRESENCE OF
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part, in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described pmmisas to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all
the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedents death in said premises, and also the estate
therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey or dispose of, whether individually, or by vidue
of said will or othenMse; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,
the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.

part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the ~ht to receive such censidersfion as a trust
