WITNESSETH, that the party of the fa'st part, in consideration of TEN ($10.00) dollars,
lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto
the pmx'y of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of thc party ofthe second part forever,
ALL that eertaln plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,
situate, lying and being at East Marion, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and Stale of New York,
known and designated as plot No. 80 as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Marion Manor" filed in
the Office oftbe Clerk ofthe County of Suffolk on 3/18/1953 as Map No. 2038 said lot being more
particularly bounded and described as follows: . .
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Gtllette Dave said point being distant 277.0 feet northerly
from the northerly end of a curve connecting the northerly side of Cleaves Point Road and the easterly side
of East Gillette Drive; thence along the easterly side of East Gillette Drive, North 26 degrees 36 minutes 30
seconds West, 100.00 feet to a point; thence North 63 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds East, 100.00 feet to
the westerly line of Cedar Lane; thence along the westerly side of Cedar Lane, South 26 degrees 36 minutes
30 seconds East 100.00 feet to n point; thence South 63 degrees 23 minutes 30 seconds West, 100.00 feet to
the easterly side of East Gillette Drive the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE THE same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated
August 4, 1988 recorded in the Office of the Clerk ofthe County of Suffolk on August 8, 1988 in Liber
1O664 page 92.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, ofthe party of the first pa~ in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof.
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said
m~mises.
FO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the patty of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND'the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND THE party of thc first part, in compliance with Section 13 of thc Lien Law, covenants that the party
of the lust part will reccive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such
consideration as nm~st fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the paymant of thc cost of the improvement beforc using any part of the total of
thc same for any other purpose. The word"party" shall he construed as if it read "par~i~" whenever the
sense of this indentm'e so requires.
