of the first pert will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will bold the right to receive such
consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement, and
will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of
the same for eny other purpose. The word "party" shall be construed as if it reed "parties" whenever the
sense of this indenture so requires.

All that certain plot, piece, or parcel of land, situate, lying, and being in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk nnd State of New York known and designated as Lot No. 36 as
shown on a certain map entitled "Map of Pebble Beach Farms" and filed in the Office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk on June 11, 1975 as map number 6266, which said Lot being more
particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northerly side of Tbe Cross Way distant 68.0 feet easterly from the
extreme southeasterly end of a curve which connects the northerly side of Thc Cross Way with the
easterly side of The Crescent; said point also being where the division line between Lots 35 and 36 as
shown on said map intersects the northerly side of Th¢ Cross Way;
Running thence along said division line, north 21 degrees 46 minutes west 266.17 feet;
Thence north 68 degrees 14 minutes east 77.0 feet;
Thcnco south 21 degrees 46 minutes east 268.00 feet to the northerly side of The Cross Way;
Thence westerly along the northerly side of The Cross Way the following lwo courses
and distances:
1. Westerly along an arc of a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 630.0 feet a
distance of 48.01 feet;
2. South 68 degrees 14 minutes west 29.04 feet to the point or place ofbeginning.
