TOGETHER with all right, title, and interest, if any, oftbe Grantors in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and also all the estate and rights of the grantor in and to the said premises; TO l-LAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto thc grantee, her heirs and assigns forever. AND the Grantors covenants that thc granto/*s have not done or spffered anything whereby the same premises have been encumbered in any..way whatsoever, except as afroresaid. · .
