Inspection found the structure to be structurally sound and in good condition. Discussions with the owner indicate that the greenhouse was constructed in the mid - 1970's. To the best of our knowledge, the greenhouse is constructed in accordance with the Building Code of the State of New York that was in effect at the time of construction.
