Tuthill and land now or formerly of Daniel Kelleher and Faye Kelleher. South 84 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds West. 175.95 feet to land now or formerly of Frances Margaret Keogh; THENCE along said last mentioned land. North 04 degrees 32 minutes 30 seconds West, 62.15 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of Michael M. Milner and Angela Tese-Milner. THENCE along said last mentioned land. North 83 degrees 35 minutes 10 seconds East, 181.18 feet to a monument and the westerly side of Wickham Avenue; THENCE along the westerly side of Wickham Avenue, due South 65.05 feet to a monument at the point or place of BEGINNING. This deed is given to confirm the transfer any interest the party of t~e first part may have in the premises described above as a devisee, legatee. distributee or heir at law of Barbara S. Brigham, deceased. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Timothy J. Brigham and Barbara S. Brigham by deed dated 4/6/88, recorded 812188 in Liber 10658 page 312 in the Suffolk County Clerk's OffICe. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest. if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof: TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part. the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
