BEGINNING at a monument set on the Easterly line of Rocky Point Road distant 165.09
feet Southerly from the intersection of said Easterly line of Rocky Point Road with the
Southerly line of Southern Boulevard; from said point of beginning running thence North
85 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds East 317.25 leet to land now or lbrmerly of Eastern
Excavation Company; thence along land last mentioned Soulh II degrees 15 minutes 30
seconds East 187.33 feet to land now or formerly of Krykostas; Thence along land last
